Personal information from account holders. If you create an account through the Services, we will create personal information related to creating and maintaining your account. Information about your institution, such as institution name and your title. Information related to processing your payment (collected through our third-party service provider).

We will also collect information that you provide through the Platform, as well as content you submit to the Platform. Please review the disclosure above about what information is prohibited on the Platform.

Other personal data collected through the Services. You can visit the Services without submitting any information that we can use to identify you personally. However, if you use certain features on the Services, such as the "Contact Us" feature, we will collect your personal data. The categories of personal data we may collect from you may include your name, email address, institution name, and other information you may provide.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and device identifiers) to improve the functionality of the Services and to better understand how users interact with them. Cookies help us recognize repeat visitors, personalize content, remember your preferences, and measure the effectiveness of our features and communications.

Please note that the VedAI website does not currently respond to web browser "Do Not Track" signals.

You are not permitted to record any protected health information of patients in the Platform. To ensure that you are not recording personal information about patients, all information entered into the platform should be de-identified. You should remove all direct identifiers of a patient (such as a name, address, email address, or other obvious identifiers), as well as any and all other details that could identify an individual. Unless otherwise stated, VedAI and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on VedAI. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from VedAI for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from VedAI
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from VedAI
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from VedAI
• Redistribute content from VedAI

We use the information that we collect for a variety of purposes. Our legal bases for processing your personal information are: 1) our legitimate interest in running and maintaining our business; 2) performance and fulfillment of our contracts; 3) your consent; and 4) compliance with our legal obligations. In many instances, more than one of these legal bases apply to the processing of your personal information.

• Respond to your questions or requests concerning the Services;

VedAI may link information gathered through the Services with information that we collect in other contexts. But in that event, we will handle the combined information in a manner consistent with this Policy.

• Other users of the Platform. You have the option to share the information you input on the Platform with other Platform users. We only share the information you create/upload onto the Platform with other users of the Platform with your permission.
• Third-party service providers. VedAI uses third-party service providers that perform Services on our behalf, including web-hosting companies, payment processors (e.g., Stripe), and mailing vendors. These service providers may collect and/or use your information, including information that identifies you personally, to assist us in achieving the purposes discussed above.
• We may also share your information with third parties when necessary to fulfill your requests for Services; to complete a transaction that you initiate; to meet the terms of any agreement that you have with us or our partners; or to manage our business.
• Analytics. We partner with certain third parties to obtain the automatically collected information discussed above and to engage in analysis, auditing, research, and reporting. These third parties may use pixels or server logs, and they may set and access device IDs and IP addresses from your device. In particular, the Services use Google Analytics to help collect and analyze certain information for the purposes discussed above. You may opt-out of the use of cookies by Google Analytics through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Legal purposes. We also may use or share your information with third parties when we believe, at our sole discretion, that doing so is necessary:

We have not reviewed these third-party sites and do not control and are not responsible for any of these sites, their content, or their privacy policy. Thus, we do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software, or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites listed on our website, you do so at your own risk.

We employ physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the personal information we collect online. However, no website or mobile app is 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to the Services or to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk.
